Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange. To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/ exchange, you can contact us at hesperofficial.online@gmail.com or our social media accounts (linked in the footer). If your return/ exchange is accepted, we’ll send our rider for the pickup. In case of return, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and your order amount will be transferred to you. If it's an exchange, we will contact you after inspecting the item and you can place the order of desired product. 

Note:

  • You will only receive the amount equal to the price of your product. Delivery charges won't be refunded.
  • In case of exchange, total product price should be equal or greater than the product you are exchanging.
  • If the return/ exchange is due to any damage or any issue, we will pay for the pickup fee of courier. If it's because you just don't like the product or don't want it anymore, you will have to pay for the pickup fee.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/ exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, but we do entertain exchanges in case of any issue.
